People say that money can't buy happiness.

This old adage sounds like a wise saying eh, but you've yet to hear an even more enlightening quote:

"Whoever said that money can't buy happiness just doesn't know where to spend his money".

Hmmm.. maybe, that person just doesn't have money to spend at all. Hahaha I agree to a large extent actually :P. It's true depending on the context of the situation, provided you're not an extremist.

For a person (like myself) who enjoys fine dining, pampering facial sessions, quality apparel and shoes, she will be able to derive happiness from these material satisfactions which can only be bought by money.

But at the same time, she also enjoys the company of her friends and basks in joy of having her loved ones around her. That in itself is another form of happiness that money can't buy.
